Should have went with the Kenwood

I would rate it a an average though in comparison to other receivers for the car.

Don't buy a Sony. HORRIBLE customer service.

I could always get it to 'work' by performing a factory reset. This past weekend it failed completely, no audio even came through the speakers. I spoke with Best Buy. They said talk to Sony. I chatted with Sony, they want me to remove the unit from the vehicle to get a serial number before they will even open a case to get the piece of junk replaced. I paid to have this installed, now I'm stuck with a piece of junk that I can't even use, and I now have to figure out how to get the unit removed from my vehicle. Don't buy a Sony. "Let's make this as difficult for the customer as possible, maybe they'll just drop the issue". That's how I feel about Sony right now.
