    sound is great but the only issue I don’t like is if the cable for your smart phone moves ever so slightly it disconnects car play. It is very annoying and sucks.

    I like radio and features and everything works except the Spotify app doesn’t work from time to time. Replaced with a new radio and same issue occurs. Perhaps it’s Spotify issue. Other that this issue it’s fine but just frustrated as I listen to all my songs from this app.

    They put added cost to install. Then had to travel nearly 2 hours and place wasn't ready and said they had to get part. Asked me to come back. Why weren't they ready to install after I made the appointment?

    This was perhaps the first Sony product I've ever purchased that flat-out didn't work for me, I must have received a dud. I wired this up to my 99 Tacoma and when switching on vehicle power, the unit smoked from the inside. I spent 3 days making sure my wiring was correct, tracing my ground connection, confirming with multiple sources that each wire was connected where it needed to be. I even took it to Car Toys and showed them my wiring, which they agreed was proper, and nobody could figure this one out. I returned this, bought a cheap $80 JVC, hooked up the wiring the same exact way, and it works perfectly. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it didn't work for me, so I can't rate it anything higher than a 1.
