Asked for a warranty replacement from BestBuy, and they worked with me to replace the unit. 1 Star for the Stereo, 5 Stars for Best Buy.

Great screen to view your route on Google maps without having to plug in your phone. It can automatically connect to you. So whatever music you were just listening to or the podcast you were last playing starts up again when you start your vehicle. You can call, text and do all kinds of things (non-distracting things) while you’re driving. My favorite is listening to podcasts. I have it connected to my steering wheel for skipping forward to the next song or 30 seconds into a podcast (to skip commercials or intros) and also the volume control is through my steering wheel. The only thing that I don’t like about this is that the volume control on the screen is touch buttons instead of real buttons or a knob like I am used to. I would prefer a knob for volume for when the passenger wants to control the volume. If I were to get one with a knob, I would lose the other features like not having to plug my phone into the car. Or I’d have to pay much more.
