Installed this in a 2011 Toyota Camry. Installation went well. Added a backup camera which connected easily. Apple Play works well. Display and sound are nice. Definitely recommend.

It didn’t work.. might have gotten a defective unit

Great unit. Sounds so much better than the stock radio. And it has a volume knob! Best Buy had a great price on this and I couldn’t be happier. Apple play is the bomb.

Did not buy from Best Buy, but this deck was recommended and ultimately installed in my car by another dealer. However, so far, I love this deck. I wanted an Apple Car Play unit and this does not disappoint. I love the Apple Car Play set up and having the controls available via the large screen. I also upgraded my car's system (replacing factory equipment) with new speakers, amp and sub. The sound I'm getting is outstanding. This deck is plenty of power to meet my specific needs. The interface is great and easy to navigate. I also love the front USB port for its convenience. I would recommend anyone giving this unit a look.

Easy to install apple car play is wonderful its simple menu so not complicated or anything well worth it buy it you wont regret it spend those extra on the warranty just in case i had to use it and didnt spend out of pocket for it to get fixed or replaced

I've seen some people who have been frustrated with the unit - especially with CarPlay. Mine works very well. It came with the latest firmware issued February of 2019. If you don't have that you can download it from Sony's support site and install it. I have two complaints -- the screen is not glare resistant and the artist's names and song titles are in small print on the screen in satellite mode - you cannot adjust the font size for this and that should be an option.

This radio has been great. I’ve had it for over 2 years, and it’s never had any issues whatsoever. Very responsive and quick to boot up. Never have any connectivity issues at al, and locates my phone via blue tooth immediately when getting into the car. I would surely purchase again

Bought it for my son’s 2011 F150. Nice fit, looks great and a big upgrade over the original. He said one step was a little tricky but installation was pretty straightforward. He loves the features and the sound quality. A few weeks in -I’d buy it again

Works great in my 03 Chevy Silverado. Nice Upgrade. It has Blue tooth and Apple Car Play. The only issue was the connection cabling was missing 12v to the radio acc input. I watched a video on YT, and fixed the issue. I installed it myself.

I purchased the new radio for my older Honda. With all the great features of the new radio I feel like I’m driving a new car. Road maps for directions, more radio channels on the AM & FM bands ,plus all the pre- recorded music on my phone. It has more features great than I realized when I first considered buying it.

I wanted a touchscreen head unit/receiver with a volume knob, which are hard to find these days. The unit works perfectly, sounds great, looks great, everything i wanted.

Works great. Replaced stereo in 2013 Accent and it is definitely an upgrade.

Product is as expected. More than the product was the service installer and his professionalism and willing to help me with understanding all this product's ins and outs. This young man was patient and so helpful with one of the geriatric generation. Thanks
