Great radio. very easy to use and hooks easily to my phone.

I purchased this stereo as a Christmas gift for my son during the purchase I was told that the installation was free but I needed to purchase the install kit and wiring harness which I paid $150 for a gift card to go along with the gift. When my son went for the installation he was hit with another $100 fee. Very happy with the stereo but not with Best Buy practice of hidden charges

I love the apple play feature. I now have access to all of my phone features.

I purchased the Samsung S6. The folks in the cell phone area took great care of me.

My teenage boys love this upgrade, they were always investing in cassette adaptors and using their phones for music. We added this screen because it had less glare than others. The installers at Best Buy were fabulous and overall the purchase was a great experience. We also added a back up camera since it wasn't that much more of an investment and gives us peace of mind.

loved the new Bluetooth radio and being able to use the phone hands free.

This is far superior to any in car system. Much impressed.

Well constructed and sounds better than OEM equipment.

I’ve had this for over 6 months. Installed in a 07 RAV4. Overall it’s very good. Sound is better than stock, and the added rear view camera compatibility enhances safety. Apple CarPlay is the real winner though. Love being able to navigate with “Maps” app. My biggest gripe is having to acknowledge the displayed message every single time this receiver starts up. Otherwise, highly recommended.

I baught this Sony stereo in hopes of adding a nice sleek and flush look to my miata with a double din setup. Come to my surprise that it's actually a single din which was awesome didn't have to stress at all about the double din setup anymore and in mounted right on love the screen resolution and how quick it process my commands love this Sony stereo

Works flawlessly, android auto and apple car play...

I purchased this radio for my wife because of Android Auto. My wife and I both have Samsung Note 5 phones. Received the radio, paid to have it installed. I downloaded the Android Auto apps on both of our phones and when the app runs, it doesn't show up on radio. I called Sony Tech Support and after a while, he put me on hold to discuss with Advanced technical support. After about 45 minutes, he said it seems your phone is not compatible with the radio. The instructions say for Android Auto to work, your phone must have Android 5.0 and my phone has Android 7.0. Sony tech. support said he would email me back if he finds something out....been 3 days. In summary, I bought an Android Auto compatible radio that is not compatible with my Android phones. Very disappointed, I guess I am stuck with this radio being I threw my old one out when replacing. Go spend more money on a Pioneer instead of this one.
