Really love the upgrade from my stock radio. Got this in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler and it works great. The harness kit made the volume knob hard to turn on the left but it's not awful.

I love this stereo... but the screen could be a little more responsive. I like how it has both CarPlay/Android Auto installed to make it a versatile product.

When I first got it; loved it gives solid sound quality to your factory speakers. Over time found that Auto play would disconnect and I would have to reinstall. Over time Auto play would activate while my car is off and drains my battery. I've had to jump my car multiple times on average 3 times a month. Been struggling to find an answer to problems.

Does everything it needs to, no issues, screen works pretty good, sometimes it is hard to swipe on it but other than that it is a good machine

We love our new Kenwood stereo! We especially like the Apple Play feature that turns our car stereo into an extension of our iphones.

This thing is great. The interface is really snappy and fast, no lag when you press buttons on the touch screen like some units.

The outer mount sticks way out too far which makes adjusting the volume not so easy. Need to turn car fans down low in order to be heard/understood.

After Best Buy installed this head unit, I could not get the equalizer to my liking. All the music sounded muffled, especially the drums. I started to think they changed my speakers out. I replaced this head unit with an Alpine wireless Apple Car Play and my superb sound returned. Sorry Sony, try again.

Pros: The look is really nice and goes well with my vehicle. Cons: Android Auto has glitches that will frustrate you. First glitch was with GPS which I fixed myself thankfully. Would not navigate and would start me off somewhere else. Spotify on here is TERRIBLE! Android auto will boot up fine, and when I press play for spotify, it won't play. I'll have to restart phone. It's also supposed to display album art, but it will just show black background until you change track(small glitch but annoying). The volume for Bluetooth is great and loud, but through android auto, its low. Have to really crank up. Also, if you have a late model car, you will have to manually go back and forth to dim the display. I pressed auto and found out that your vehicle has to have that feature built in for the auto dim on the stereo to work.

Got it for Android playback, was disappointed that there are no dedicated subwoofer outputs, although still allows me to control sub levels

I loved my Jeep GC but missed the new tech that cars have now. This gave my vehicle a breath of fresh air.

Overall, I'm very happy with this stereo. I wish it had an SD card slot, and the screen could be a bit more responsive, but I really like it.

If your looking for a fast responding and simple screen, then this one is for you! Also android auto compatible!

Only issue so far is the blue tooth is supposed to be temperamental and the installer suggest to alway connect phone using cord.

Love the system but feep.like the installer could have made a hole instead of obnoxious cords coming out of glove box

Great replacement for cars with touchscreen radios. The cost to have it installed is a bit steep though.
