excellent radio for the price, I almost only use it apple CarPlay, it works great, screen is little hard to see in the sunlight

My main problem with my new receiver is that the screen is TOO SMALL, and the image is too dark and contrast too something for clear view. The sound is great.

Works excellent in my 2008 Honda civic hybrid. Made my speakers louder and it’s easy to control. Will highly recommended to anyone to buy this

Ordered and had it installed on my 2010 Toyota. I scheduled an installation for this as well as a backup camera I purchased in-store. I put it all on my installation invoice online and when it was time for the installation, the manager who checked my car in told me that they won't do the backup camera installation, even though I paid for and scheduled the service. The regular workers who actually did the service were happy to do so. They deserve a raise, please the fire the manager who wouldn't do squat.

I upgraded my stock stereo in my 2012 Ram. This stereo is a nice improvement. I needed a back-up camera and Bluetooth and this fit the needs. The only thing i noticed is the Android auto sometimes randomly cuts out when I'm displaying my Google maps. It comes back after a short wait, but it is a bit annoying. Searched the issue and found its due to the power drawn while hooked up to the usb connection.

I’m partially satisfied with this receiver. The representative I purchased with told me the installers would integrate it with my steering wheel controls, backup camera and existing usb port on my car. The receiver has the capability, but the installation team did not connect those interfaces. Upon completion, as they were showcasing the new receiver, I was made aware nothing was integrated. When I ordered initially, they told me I was purchasing all of the hardware in a few kits, then I was asked to buy all the interface parts again after the installation to integrate the devices again. Individually, it was supposed to cost me about $250 in parts. They said a kit would be cheaper, but ended up being more expensive. A manager changed the kit price, but lo and behold, I was charged another $50 in parts and my rear view camera is still not integrated. Ives been to the install center twice now. The first time, then back again, and hoping the technician has the skills to connect the rear view camera tomorrow during my third visit. Hoping I don’t get nickeled and dined again or I’m done-zo with Best Buy. $300 receiver with free installation has cost me almost $650 now and it’s still not right. #buyatacarsterostore.com

nice radio so far has most all the features I wanted was easy to install with the dash kit . Only thing I wish was different is the USB being built in and a internal HD for storing music other than that great product

I love my Sony Car Radio! The Best Buy sales rep picked all the install items I need and installation with Best Buy was very professional and super easy. I did want the Sirius Satellite connection since I do have subscription but this connection not provided since I did not purchase the hardware needed. But instead I use my Apple phone Sirius app and all is good! The Apple Car Play is great so you can talk handset free, use your Apple GPS, and others. FM and AM radio ofcourse sounds great!

Love it !! Replaced my 20 year old radio..with new Bluetooth technology !!! Sounds so nice with lots and lots of power for my speakers

Nice replacement unit for 2002 Toyota Tundra. This has easy to use, intuitive, interface. It produces quality sound and connectivity.

The connectivity didn’t last very long otherwise it was a good value when it worked

Had for almost a year now works Great still . The touch screen is responsive to the touch of ur finger . The hook up was simple . Love this headunit in my Dad Van .

It's loud, it's clear, the equalizer gives you plenty of room, and it's extremely intuitive. There's really no need for instructions.

It works good. It is very user friendly. Just wish usb worked a little different.

Love the stereo. The only thing I don't like is that it has terrible screen glare. I'm going to have to have my windows tinted just for the radio.

Love this radio. Sucks that the CarPlay isn’t wireless but I’m always charging my phone anyway so no big deal. The interface is easy to navigate and the sound quality is very good. Installation by BestBuy was super easy to set up and they did a great job. I’d recommend this radio to anyone who wants to upgrade from a stock unit.
