I needed to upgrade my car stereo the tech (Liam) helped me select one. It was ordered and they held it for an appointment we set to do the installation. That only took a couple of hours to complete. Liam fully explained the operation.

Fits into 1999 Miata. Although its a little tough to get the single din to balance, it can be used.

Does all the things you want Android Auto works flawlessly, mirrors from phone reliably. Only con is it it EU designation and has trouble tuning in radio stations, also no HD radio. No big deal, I listen to SiriusXM and my smartphone audio files. It's a good buy at $299!

Don’t connect to CarPlay like it should connects and disconnect

It’s a good unit, though it can be hard to see the screen while it’s bright outside. Otherwise, good deal and having Best Buy install it was very convenient.

Great product, sony has a premium for a great consistent quality result. I would recommend this product for those who enjoy quality sound and want to keep this radio for awhile.

This unit was on sale for $299 when I purchased it, and I have always had a favorable opinion of Sony. So I had Best Buy install this in my Kia Optima. So far, it's been a good unit. Though I will say the matte display concerned me at first. But it has held up well and doesn't collect fingerprints like I thought it would. I really only use Apple CarPlay on this unit, the other features work fine though, I just don't use them. I would recommend this unit, the screen is a good size, though not the biggest. I am happy with this unit for the car it went into, it was the right price.

Happy with purchase! Only radio I have seen with car play at the $299 pricepoint. Radio is essentially a single din housing with a double din screen. Would definitely recommend for someone that wants a solid radio without getting charged an arm and a leg.

Fantastic head unit. Super easy to set up, no lag, screen is decent for a backup cam, android auto works great, been about a year and have had absolutely no issues with it, bluetooth auto pairs 100% of the time

The jury is still out on this one. I waited a month, I spent about an hour and a half trying to get any service at Best Buy so that someone can direct me to buy the correct radio. I was told to buy this radio I was told I have to wait a month before I can get service. I waited and then when I picked it up 2 hours later they said oh you're going to have to come back and maybe it'll be 3 hours before we get your rear camera hooked up to this radio and then I said what about my CD player down here in the TV etc and they said oh no none of that comes with your Sony radio and I said you told me that I wasn't going to get GPS on my new radio you didn't say that all the other stuff that was hooked up to my Factory radio is not part of this. So I'm not sure why I spent $600. to get a radio. I could have spent $100 to get a radio and he said oh you got a little remote here so in case somebody sitting in the back of the van that wants to work your radio that's when it's a little remote is for so needless to say I'm not happy. not happy that I have to leave a sick mother at home for another 3 hours while they service my vehicle, not happy that I'm not sure that I can even trust them to do that because why wouldn't they have told me that the first time? Why would I spend an hour and a half to get a radio that has none of the amenities of the other radio I had previously and this is with the actual installer selecting this radio for me. I don't know what his name is. Tim? And some other sales person that had no idea what he was doing in Best Buy.

I purchased this along with the back up camera, and it is amazing ! I love the quality of the screen and fell in love with it when I saw it in store demo! Had an old pioneer radio and needed something that had apple car play and Bluetooth features and calls , this is the way to go !

Great deck!! Easy functions with touch screen. Many, many options to fine tune each speaker to your desire. Bass adjustments to door speakers as well as dcbl adjustments.

The installation process was painless.I was able to wait while they installed my stereo.They went over all features of the system and made sure that I understood how it functioned….extremely happy with product and service.

Avoid this unit. Android auto constantly crashes, Bluetooth is the most reliable and even with that, it had audio distortion at random times. The only plus is the sound quality it puts out to the speakers is very good for the price. But the actual unit itself... Avoid. I 'upgraded' to the xav ax4000 after this, and that unit is a piece of junk too. I cant wait til I can review that one. For the money you are spending, you are not getting a good product no matter how 'recommended' it is by the best buy staff. These arent the cheapest head units and yet they perform terribly.
