Great radio easy to use. Android auto works great.

I had a prior Sony that failed after about 7-8 years when the touch screen no longer worked, and this one is far superior. It was an easy install as I stayed within the same brand.

It’s a great stereo. I bought it for an older car and it’s sounds good does Apple Music as well as Android.

Was looking for a car radio with carplay for my 2014 corolla and this fit my bill perfectly. Best buy helped me order all other attachments needed to fit this radio. Happy I got a Sony.

The Sony stereo exceeded all of my expectations and does a great job inside my vehicle. The day of my install, everything went well, although we noted that the A-pillar cover, where the microphone line was run, was loose. Also, the tech said that he re-connected the analog clock that is present in Chrysler vehicles. During that next week, the A-pillar cover came loose while I was on vacation and the analog clock stopped working. The microphone line that was run behind the steering wheel also came loose and was hanging down. When I returned, I went by the store to see if they could fix this and was advise, in a not very friendly manner, that there were no techs for the rest of the week and that I needed to make an appointment, which would be more than 2 weeks out, to have them fix the problem that they caused. I have a very unpredictable schedule, so it's difficult for me to schedule that far out. The man I spoke to gave no apologies for the shoddy work and appeared to be mad that another employee had to bring him back to the installation bay to answer my questions. I did not get his name, but I sincerely hope that he was just having an off day. To date, my A-pillar is still hanging with a broken bracket, my wires are still hanging down, and my analog clock is still not working.

Installation by Geek Squad was superb. They even fixed a broken clip on my dash trim panel. The radio work fantastic. Sound is amazing. Dispay is readable during the day while driving.

Best Buy customer service helped me thru the process of purchasing a radio for my SUV. Helped me get approved for in-house credit card. Hassle free within 30 mins. On top of that we purchased a new refrigerator for our new home. Was delivered at the store, damaged free. That’s how much our family loves BEST BUY. Thank you.

Fantastic Radio! The screen is bright and clear and I can see the backup camera even in the middle of the day. Pairs flawlessly with my phone and loads right up so there's not a huge delay when I'm on a call and step into and start my vehicle, there is a delay but not a big one.

Excellent stereo that works great with my android auto and fits amazing in my 2011 Buick Enclave. Best Buy in Coralville did amazing job integrating the pre existing back up camera as well.

Works pretty good. Sometimes you have to turn the car off and back on for the car play to work.

As described works well perfect to update my foxbody

Lacks some features other stereos have like wireless connectivity but you cant beat the sound with the dso option and ability to aue android auto/apple car play

For the price this unit has worked great. Bluetooth works as expected. Has a bit more power than I anticipated.

We got this for my husband's Rav 4, which had an outdated system. We wanted the Android Auto for maps and phone etc. and to display the back up camera on the screen (his was a tiny image on his mirror). He's not very techy, but has no trouble using it and it seems much safer than his old set up.

Awesome head unit for the money can't go wrong! They're wired Android auto works great no problems! Tons of features for the money and works great with all my apps!

Very nice radio. Second one for second vehicles. Nice easy to function. Added Sirius radio module and Sirius account addition.
