Biggest issue here is the screen. It is anti-glare and is much dimmer than a bright glossy display. If you drive in very sunny environments it may be hard to see or if you wear polarized sunglasses it will dim the screen and almost make unusable while wearing sunglasses. I want to like this but will be returning to get a brighter glossy screen.

The features for the money is worth it. Just wished it worked all the time.

The Bluetooth and apple play work great and a big upgrade for my 2010 Avalanche. If the apple play doesn’t work buy a new apple brand cable, if you use cheap cords it won’t start the apple play.

Bought a car radio from Best Buy 91 days ago. Two days ago the radio stopped working. This led me to call them up and see if they could look at it. The agent I spoke with told me that there was a 90 day install warranty and I would have to pay $128 to have someone look at it. Missed it by one day . I had nothing going on that would affect the radio so I want to know what happened so I can contact the manufacturer. Know I realize where we (the customer) stands in the corporate run world. Don't forget about this experience and Best Buy's customer care.

The screen is bright and clear and I can see the backup camera even in the middle of the day. Pairs flawlessly with my phone and loads right up so there's not a huge delay when I'm on a call and step into and start my vehicle, there is a delay but not a big one.

The day of my install, everything went well, although we noted that the A-pillar cover, where the microphone line was run, was loose. Also, the tech said that he re-connected the analog clock that is present in Chrysler vehicles. During that next week, the A-pillar cover came loose while I was on vacation and the analog clock stopped working. The microphone line that was run behind the steering wheel also came loose and was hanging down. When I returned, I went by the store to see if they could fix this and was advise, in a not very friendly manner, that there were no techs for the rest of the week and that I needed to make an appointment, which would be more than 2 weeks out, to have them fix the problem that they caused. I have a very unpredictable schedule, so it's difficult for me to schedule that far out. The man I spoke to gave no apologies for the shoddy work and appeared to be mad that another employee had to bring him back to the installation bay to answer my questions. I did not get his name, but I sincerely hope that he was just having an off day. To date, my A-pillar is still hanging with a broken bracket, my wires are still hanging down, and my analog clock is still not working.
