More than I expected in both quality and cost.....

Works great but the screen washes out in any kind of sun light. Other then that it has both AndroidAuto and Carplay

I've been struggling with this unit for about a year now. Everything seemed to work as expected except for android auto. I've been using the wireless bluetooth connection to play music which is very hit or miss. I'm just now realizing that this unit does not offer "wireless" android auto. They expect you to keep it connected through usb the entire time. No where is the description or the specifications of this product do they make this clear. Even the installer didn't make this clear. He connected the phone for a few seconds to sync it with the unit, then disconnected it and played music through my spotify. Had I known this unit was wired connection only, then I would not have purchased it. I'm feeling very disappointed and very misled on this purchase. I also consider the options for adjusting the sound quality to be sub-par at best.

I’ve had this receiver for about three weeks, so far no issues. Only using the car play feature (that is why we purchased the receiver), it is the standard Apple car play interface, super easy to use.

I finally pulled the trigger on upgrading my car radio, and I wish I did it sooner! It’s such a quality-of-life improvement, and my car feels 5-10 years newer without all the cable and Bluetooth adapter clutter! Geek Squad installers were very quick and accommodating!

Fits my truck perfect. Took a while to find one for my 2013 Nissan. Sony is a great product

Great stereo that went into an early 90s car! Can’t get any better having Apple CarPlay in a 90s vehicle

Great stereo for car! Bought to upgrade my 2010 corolla and it works like a charm. Apple car play works great and no issue with audio or any slow down. Finally bringing myself into the future.

This purchase, like all my Best Buy purchases was an easy process, from the sales person that helped me look at radios for my vehicle to the install team that completed the installation in a timely manner. No mess left behind, just a great trouble free install. This past year we have come back to Best Buy a fridge, 4 TVs, a microwave and a few other things related to our recent move to this area. I could not be more satisfied with every aspect of these purchases.

It's nice, colors are duller than expected but not a big deal. Limited options to change appearance and certain settings. CarPlay works great and it looks amazing in my older car

so far no problems, good sounding head unit , fits like a glove in my mercedes w211..thanks again.

A 2-din screen on a 1-din unit. Loving the Apple Car-Play, and happy for the Bluetooth as well so I don't have to hook up my phone on my regular commute when I don't need to use the screen. Mic works excellent, even in my convertible with the top down.

Went two years without music because the dealership said it would cost $3000 to repair. Best purchase at Best Buy I’ve ever made for way cheaper than dealership

I love this unit the apple AirPlay works prefect you have to plug it in so it can connect. The phone section is awesome and the sound is great powerful great bass . Recommend it 5 stars.

I've been trying to resell this thing for 1/4 what I bought it for, for 6 months now. Takes well over a minute to connect to bluetooth, and when it does connect there's a 50/50 chance it'll play sub-second snippets of what your device is playing, and won't resync until you shut one of the devices off and back on again. At its lowest screen brightness setting it's more than capable of being viewed in the daytime, and is blinding at night. Takes multiple screen presses to turn the display on, and should anybody in the vehicle bump a button on anything it's going to turn the screen back on and blind the driver again. Absolute garbage, go back to burning CDs like the early 2000s, you'll appreciate the freedom.

This is a really nice touchscreen stereo. The fact that it comes with Android Auto and Apple Car Play makes it a lot better. The screen sometimes takes a second to respond to input, but this is still a solid stereo for the price
