Im thrilled. I had this installed in my 2003 Lexus and it’s just fantastic. I love the car play and bluetooth, such an upgrade from the old cassette player that was in my vehicle.

Bought this for a better experience for longer distance trips and works perfect. Main purchase was for Apple car play, it’s performance is quick and makes my car look more sexy.

Great quality no connectivity issues and very user friendly

This purchase, like all my Best Buy purchases was an easy process, from the sales person that helped me look at radios for my vehicle to the install team that completed the installation in a timely manner. No mess left behind, just a great trouble free install. This past year we have come back to Best Buy a fridge, 4 TVs, a microwave and a few other things related to our recent move to this area. I could not be more satisfied with every aspect of these purchases.

Love the quality & features if this receiver for my 2008 Toyota Tundra. The Best Buy I staller did an amazing job & was very helpful in acclimating me to all the bells & whistles of my new purchase. Super happy!!

The touch screen is a little finicky. You have to put your finger in the exact right spot- if you're off by even a little it won't respond. The bass is a bit lacking as well. Great interface with Android Auto, but Apple Car Play is hit and miss - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Love this stereo and all of the bells and whistles that it has. Fits perfect in my 15Wrangler. Seth the technition that installws it was awesome! Great job.

Best Buy customer service helped me thru the process of purchasing a radio for my SUV. Helped me get approved for in-house credit card. Hassle free within 30 mins. Sony used to be the lower value receivers when I was growing up in the 90s/early 2000s. This doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a more expensive model, however, it has all the basics you might need to enhance an older vehicle experience. I was worried about the capacitive touch but actually prefer it to the iphone like screens because they are non-glare and have become more responsive. It has lag when you have maps up and are taking a phone call but it hasn't really been an issue for me.

Existing ax7000 opener. Bought this unit for my wife’s 86. Everything works as good as expected. We are very happy about this purchase especially in this days that almost nothing are available. We just want something simple and a decent screen with CarPlay so she can use Google map and for phone calls.

Fantastic devise! Difficult for me to hood the back up camera to it but everything works great.

It is great for functionality but I am little concerned as after installing this, my car's battery is acting up. I had to jump start already few times. I did not have any issues until this was installed. I will have to have Best buy look into the wiring to ensure it is not causing the battery issue. I also had the battery tested and it looks good. Other than that, the product is amazing.
