Had it installed by Best Buy into my older model Expedition. Works great - however, every once in a while it doesn't load carplay. It might be user error? Besides that, it works great. Nice to have the touch screen.

Delivery was very poor. Taking 5 days past a very slow delivery time of 4 days initially. Item was open box and was supposed to be like new but had been installed and wires were cut short plus missing owners manual. Very disappointing transaction due to the shipping and missing manual/cut wires.

Lost one star only because the wired Android Auto/Apple CarPlay wasn't working properly, but I fixed it myself later.

Also, I think it may just be a andom thing, but first my Amp went into protection mode, then subs no longerr worked. A couple weeks later, ALL speakers in the car no longer worked. A week later, the screen wouldnt even come on and it would stay black. I reinstalled the factory head unit for the vehicle and everything magically worked again. Thankfully the Sony Warranty is still good and that took care of the problem.
