I have had issues with the connection for Apple CarPlay my phone disconnects in the middle of calls and I can’t get it to reconnect during the call. Overall I have no issues with the radio and would recommend this product.

One of them has performed flawlessly, the other has had issues connecting and a black display. We have an appointment to have it checked by the installation team at Best Buy. I will update as soon as they correct the issue.

The Sony for about $40 more for the same midrange product was a great decision. Never had one problem after installation.

Make sure that your flash drives are in MSC (Mass Storage Class) format otherwise the head unit won't be able to read them. If you're head unit still won't read your USB devices, we recommend reaching out to your installer to physically assess your head unit.

Puts out decent power to my upgraded door speakers and has phone mirroring capabilities so you can watch what ever you want in your car!
