I'm enjoying the upgrade and love having my phone connected to my car. I wish I could also link my ipad to my car as well.

I bought this unit and Alpine speakers to replace the stock Subaru Impreza radio on my new car and I don't know whether it's the unit, the speakers, or something about the (Best Buy) installation, but I am not really excited about the sound. It's a mild improvement but not great. I tried all the equalizer adjustment options and everything's not quite right. The steering wheel controls also could not all be made to work with the unit so I returned the extra $70 adapter for that. Overall disappointed with my purchase.

Bluetooth and every feature works but for some reason every time we go in the car, we have to re-pair it to the phone we want to use and won't connect automatically. Also once it is connected and starts playing a song, the song glitches for a few minutes before i can actually hear it so i usually start with a song i don't care for as much for that same reason. Maybe the next person thst gets this stereo has better luck

Ease of use is great. The sound quality is much better than the stock radio. Using Google Maps is a very nice plus to having this installed.

Works well, sounds good, love android navigation on it.

Bought this back in April and to this day it’s amazing. It works very well for my 05 Honda civic and I have no issues with the connection. Everything works great

I've had this in my '06 Colorado for a couple years now and it drains the battery when the vehicle is not in use. If the truck isn't used for a week, dead battery. Cold weather, dead battery. I've had a battery charger on my truck all day drawing 4 amps and the truck won't start. Pull the radio fuse and the truck fires right up. We've been going through the hassle of turning the receiver off before turning off the truck and that has seemed to buy us a little more time but the problem persists. I don't normally write reviews but BB installers had been insisting this couldn't be the problem so I went along. I bought $150 jump starter from Best Buy. I bought a replacement car battery for the truck for $100. Got a set of jumper cables for when the problem arises. It's been a money pit and now I have to wait weeks to get back in to have a BB installer replace it. The display stays on with the backup camera image on it. This is one of those reviews where the product doesn't deserve any stars but I have to give it one so I can warn off other customers.

The screen is hard to see the screen in the daytime.

Item is good. A few minor issues with connection at times but nothing bothersome for the price.

ive have m this radio installed and a couple months after the apple carplay started disconnecting and now doesnt work all together. ive tried different cables, phones etc and it still doesnt work. i tried presssing the home button for 10 seconds to restart and it dint resolve the problem. please let me know if anyone else has had this problem and how did you resolve it

We had this radio installed and they put it on quick. My son loves the radio and I would like to get one for my truck too.

I purchase car radio in 2021 and it went out. I had a warranty on it and BestBuy did not hesitate to correct the issue and install another radio.

This Sony came with a lot of hype but didn’t perform as well as the old Pioneer it was replacing l.

My last sony like this was excellent. The brightness at its highest is dull and if its sunny at all it gets a glare so you cant see the screen at all. Which makes it useless. Hoping sony does a software update. Other then that excellent. Only reason i gave it a 2 star

This product is awesome. I have no problems with Sony. However Best Buy was horrible at the installation. I had a breathalyzer in my vehicle and aske the installer to please not turn the key over cause it would cause me a lockout resulting in 85 dollars But he did turn the key over and I got a lockout. He also broke my dash. There were also electrical problems after install. Best Buy initially said they would take care of things via an insurance claim. They never did. I followed up multiple times and they just lied to me. Everything went through a manager named Dan at Wilm nc store it was a total farce. This radio cost me over a thousand dollars and Best Buy did nothing about it. And I am a preferred member. That’s sad. I have never had service this bad from anywhere. I wish we had more competitors to Best Buy in Wilm nc. I’ll never go there again.

This head unit is definitely a plus to my truck. I would buy again with no hesitation. Yout gettimg quite a bit for the money, worth every dollar.....highly recommend!!

The gentleman who installed the radio told me everything I needed to know and very helpful and the amount of time he spent was exactly what he said it would take to install the radio

This fit perfectly into our 2005 Pilot. The car feels so much newer now! The system works great too, easy to use. Only draw back is that it’s not that bright but this isn’t a big issue
