Open Box “Excellent” isn’t always excellent…

After a few install hours, the tech came out to advise that the USB connection, which connects a phone to the unit, was non-functional. The only option was to buy a new unit at that point.

You cannot upload your own wallpaper. The Usb connection does nit connect to your usb port. Mine had to go in the glove compartment. the backup cam cuts out some times.

Not working after just 30 days

Then the physical buttons stopped working on both the Radio and the Steering Wheel Controls. Touch screen works but not way to increase or decrease volume. Called Best Buy number was told to call the local store where it was installed. Called them- on hold for an extended time then got cut off. Look like I am going to have to drive back to the store where it was installed (which is not close) Next time I will go to a local shop
