Comes with Apple Play and you can also get a license plate camera mounted with best buy installation which makes for a great combo when trying to back out of parking spaces. I love this radio!

Drains truck battery and disables the vehicle

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this in my '06 Colorado for a couple years now and it drains the battery when the vehicle is not in use. If the truck isn't used for a week, dead battery. Cold weather, dead battery. I've had a battery charger on my truck all day drawing 4 amps and the truck won't start. Pull the radio fuse and the truck fires right up. We've been going through the hassle of turning the receiver off before turning off the truck and that has seemed to buy us a little more time but the problem persists. I don't normally write reviews but BB installers had been insisting this couldn't be the problem so I went along. I bought $150 jump starter from Best Buy. I bought a replacement car battery for the truck for $100. Got a set of jumper cables for when the problem arises. It's been a money pit and now I have to wait weeks to get back in to have a BB installer replace it. The display stays on with the backup camera image on it. This is one of those reviews where the product doesn't deserve any stars but I have to give it one so I can warn off other customers.

However Best Buy was horrible at the installation. I had a breathalyzer in my vehicle and aske the installer to please not turn the key over cause it would cause me a lockout resulting in 85 dollars But he did turn the key over and I got a lockout. He also broke my dash. There were also electrical problems after install. Best Buy initially said they would take care of things via an insurance claim. They never did. I followed up multiple times and they just lied to me. Everything went through a manager named Dan at Wilm nc store it was a total farce. This radio cost me over a thousand dollars and Best Buy did nothing about it. And I am a preferred member. That’s sad. I have never had service this bad from anywhere. I wish we had more competitors to Best Buy in Wilm nc. I’ll never go there again.
