Microphone is terrible and picks up the speaker and sends echoing feedback back to caller. Sometimes Apple CarPlay just cuts out completely.

Apple Carplay often fail to launch. We have to plug and unplug multiple times to get it to work. Sometimes, it suddenly stops working while driving. Sometimes, it suddenly resumes working. Just cannot predict. Also, from time to time, it asks for WebLink app on our phone. However, WebLink has nothing to do with CarPlay. We are now just tuck with it. Will never buy another Sony. Do not buy it. Save yourself some headache.
