Very disappointed. Hard believe this bears Sony name on it. Apple Carplay often fail to launch. We have to plug and unplug multiple times to get it to work. Sometimes, it suddenly stops working while driving. Sometimes, it suddenly resumes working. Just cannot predict. Also, from time to time, it asks for WebLink app on our phone. However, WebLink has nothing to do with CarPlay. We are now just tuck with it. Will never buy another Sony. Do not buy it. Save yourself some headache.

Can’t see the screen during the day. Microphone is terrible and picks up the speaker and sends echoing feedback back to caller. Sometimes Apple CarPlay just cuts out completely.

Works great! It’s hard to describe but I love it!!

My only issue was the screen was dull and matted, I could barely see in the sunlight. I exchanged for the Pioneer 7in which is much clearer and vibrant!

Good for apple car play but the backup camera creates a fish eye for Hondas

Although it's a professional name brand, it's a disappointing unit. First I wasn't told it didn't play cd/dvd's, then the video feature is only available in park with the emergency brake set (a waste of a video feature). Other units display a Warning then let you choose to play the video or not, so if you're traveling and your passengers would like some video entertainment they better have a tablet or cell phone.

It has nice features such as mirror screen and it looks nice but I HATE how it’s cantered angled up so anytime it’s sunny outside it’s IMPOSSIBLE to see the screen due to the glare. I’m not sure if this is a specific fit to my 2004 Honda Pilot but my previous receiver of a similar size did not have that issue…

The touchscreen is not the best but it works looks good though . It’s a good buy for a big screen stereo, FRT Rear and sub custom EQ or presets.

I gave this a 3 because the tech that installed it missed up my seatbelt. So I had to go back to get the other tech to fix it, and 2nd he removed my north carolina tar heels tag because he put the new camera there. But overall the radio works fine. just they had a better option to change my presets. I had to hit some preset option to where it automatically searches for the station. Some reason it does not pick up my local hip hop stations.

I loved it- but it has stopped working after a year! I expected better from Sony and for the price I paid. Very disappointing.

Nothing wrong with the product, but everything else was a terrible experience. Went for my installation and no one was working that day. I had received 9 emails to make sure I was on time. Wasted my whole afternoon. Then went to second appointment and they claimed I wasn’t on the schedule. Got it out in, but was a hassle the whole time. Probably the last thing I purchase from best buy

It's okay system doesn't show when I receive a text message from my phone.

You need to search different sceens to fins the function you want.

The device is good but old model, eventually is freezer !!! Bad news

This is old technology and the screen is extremely hard to read, particularly if there is any ambient light. Returned for exchange.
