    The screen doesn't sit flush in my dash just the top sticks out and instead of telling me i needed another piece to make my aux cord look nice they just hung out out the side of it

    Camera angle is up and don’t turn in direction of driving and no auto car play, no Sirius XM . I can’t recommend because it is not as described by Best Buy on their store shell.

    Apple Carplay never works

    This radio is extremely disappointing. Everything works okay except Apple Carplay. DO NOT PURCHASE if that is what you are wanting to use this for. It works maybe 1/8 of the time.

    Radio installation affecting HVAC in my vehicle

    The USB connection stopped working before 2 years. CarPlay no longer works. Geek Squad is recommending buying another radio as the USB connection does not work.

    Buttons stopped working

    Purchased in end of March 2022 and the forward progress and option buttons no longer work. The volume up and option buttons have now over taken those commands..

    Is it good? Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe I don’t know. I purchased this item hoping to get it installed shortly after but, unfortunately, there were no available time slots for the “free install.” So, here I am, a month later with no beautiful music to bring me joy- just a radio… in a box… in the garage. Word of advice: check for Best Buy install appointments BEFORE you purchase an item. Thank me later.

    I had a Boss after market system with backup camera in my 2016 Mazda 6. It worked fine for two years. But recently callers either could not hear me clearly with the bluetooth connection, or the connection would drop suddenly. After validating the phone was NOT the issue. I decided to go back to the Sony brand, because an after market Sony that I gave my niece at least five years ago, which came out of my old car that was in an accident. Well, she told it was still working fine. So after a little research I purchased this Sony XAV-3250 from Best Buy for $299. A price that was competitive with other retailers, including Amazon. I made sure free installation was on the receipt and they set me up an appointment (about 7 days out) at check-out. With the receipt I hopped by a much more rural Best Buy, in Gainesville, GA. They were able to fit me in the next day. 1. The installation, since I already had a third party system, with a wiring harness, literally, took them less than 1 hr and 45 minutes. 2. The system fit my dashboard perfectly, with no visible gaps. 3. I was pleasantly shocked because the wattage on this system, blew me out of the car, even though I had it on a low volume setting, compared to the Boss system I had. I'm very careful of the volume setting when I cut it on. 4. Android Auto, immediately activated and worked well, when I connect my phone to the system. 5. The buttons are pretty intuitive, even it took me a second to find the phone and setting icons (you slide the icons at the bottom of the screen to the left. 6. My Boss installation came with a backup camera. It worked seamlessly with this Sony unit. 7. Sound settings, have a separate slider if you have a subwoofer (I don't have one). 8. It has a remote, but it is kind of hard to operate, because of its small size, if you are trying to keep your eyes on the road. So I just use the screen. 9. It has some pre-set EQ settings, but you can customize your own sound profile with an equalizer. 10. My speakers are original OEM, but this head unit definitely makes them sound better. Final-Installation was fast and great. Quality and volume of sound is much better. I'm happy with it.

    I came in with a stereo that was not working. They told me I needed a new one. They put one in and I have the same problem with the new one that I had with the old one only worst.

    Sony lost its ways

    Dont waste your time and money the radio looks awesome but it’s crappy also the sound sound quality is Poor didn’t make a difference actually my factory radio pushes my factory speakers better and I had installed it 3 weeks ago and now the Bluetooth stop working and the radio sounds distorted

    This has been nothing but a frustration with my Android phone. Connects and then minutes later just get loud buzzing noise. Same phone and cable works flawlessly in other vehicle. Even when just using Bluetooth (instead of Android Auto) sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Again, never any issues with my many other Bluetooth devices.

    The manager of the store sold me the wrong wire harness for the install of this stereo. I tried for three weeks to install it myself. I eventually paid $200 to have professionals due the install. I live in Eagle River so could not take advantage of the free install.

    This was an early Christmas gift from my wife and mother in law for my 2008 silverado. I love it since it lets me have the phone and blue tooth access just like my 2015 che silverado.

    Not even 6 months old, Radio has started randomly rebooting, settings go back to factory default. Screen goes unresponsive and sometime blank after first starting vehicle.
