    Not even 6 months old, Radio has started randomly rebooting, settings go back to factory default. Screen goes unresponsive and sometime blank after first starting vehicle.

    Car play only works about 10% of the time. Iphone 11 will be plugged in and shows charging with port but will not show car play. If I press the siri botton on phone the stereo response like my phone is connected but no car play or weblink. Im also using a apple lighting cord. Bluetooth will not always stay connected. Only Feature that seems to work is the radio I also had stereo installed with Best Buy.

    This was supposed to be the replacement for a replacement radio in my 2005 F250. The initial unit was installed in Denver. The tuner and Sirius went out. Three trips to Pueblo and I finally got this replacement in. Be sure to tell installer that you have total tech. My radio still is not right.

    Absolute garbage. It started acting up less than 6 months after I bought it. Now it doesn’t work at all. DO NOT BUY!

    I assume that this is a really great product. However, it would’ve been nice to let me know that a $349.99 kit along with a $12.99 antenna would be needed to complete the “free installation”. That would bring the grand total to $685.22!!! The unit was on sale for $299.99 and “free installation” seemed to be a great deal but now I will definitely be returning it. The kit cost more than the unit!?!?!?!

    Its ok. Its a no bells and whistles radio. The Bluetooth on this is annoying. It automatically connects to google maps on your phone, not just your phone. So no matter what you were listening to or doing with this radio, once that Bluetooth connects, your forced into google maps. Save yourself the headaches and just turn Bluetooth off.

    This car radio was purchased because I wanted to have Android Auto in my older 2016 Hyundai. However, The Android Auto fails on every use. I get a loud, metallic noise after no more than 15 minutes of use. It is very distressing. Found a Pioneer radio that I hope will work better.

    My radio was defected. Had my radio installed and the mechanic told me that I had a defective radio. Whenever I push volume up it turns my music to another song or fast forward itself. I work a lot didn’t have time to take the radio back so I’m stuck with a radio that doesn’t work in a new car. Very unsatisfied Because of work did not have time to bring it back.

    Radio does not support android auto, contacted sony and they recommend the update files. Radio will not recognize update files. I have installed this head unit into 3 different vehicles and they all have the same problem.

    My husband put this in his truck and he has had nothing but problems with it. The volume go all the way up and he tries to turn it down and it jumps all the way back up again. And then while he’s driving, it will go way down.

    Sucks. My stock radio is better. Calling/talking isn’t as clear anymore. Bluetooth seams “old” and doesn’t connect fast. Wish I could return but “I missed my window” to do so, which is a joke
