Deck is not turning on now I have to pay someone to pull it out and put a new one in I’ll never come to best buy again!!

Car play does not work on a consistent basis. Always have to unplu my phone and plug it back

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOR A WHILE AND GOT IT ON SALE!

Poor quality & sound. I had this installed at Best Buy and immediately it will stop & disconnect. If it is connected to "radio" stations won't play. On "apple play" it shorts out (disconnects). It's difficult to adjust settings.

Wonderful stereo, great screen, fantastic back up camera.

Compare to the one I had before I hate this one It’s so annoying every time I go in my vehicle I want to break it.

I got a used one to save money excellent condition it said but it turns out it’s really slow and I can return it because the period to return it expired

the bluetooth keep disconnect, phonebook neve load, the phone icon in 2nd page you going to have an accident if you want make a phone call, which very stupid, not habd free phone

I am completely dissatisfied with all around this whole experience not only did it fall into my car the day after I purchased it and it was installed but now it no longer even turns on

I am completely dissatisfied with this stereo I bought. When I went into the store I was told that it would mirror my phone but I have an Android and this clearly only mirrors an apple. I told the specifications to the salesman that I wanted and he told me the stereo would work for me, but it's the complete opposite of what I was looking for. It doesn't hold the apps that I bought it for and every time I plug it in I have to do it three or four times just to get it to recognize my spotify. That was the entire reason that I purchased this and it doesn't work at all the way I was told it would. I bought this under false pretenses by the salesman at Best buy

Cancelled installation 2x. Corporate support is deplorable. Never had as many disappointments with 1 company. Watching for going out of business signs.

Had this unit for two days and returned because the back camera input would not work

Not at all satisfied with installation. I had to go back several times. Was given inaccurate info and wasted money.

Stopped working screen went black soon after install

I installed this in Dodge Grand Caravan and added a backup cam. The first thing I noticed is that the Sony head unit was missing the details and clarity that I appreciated with the OEM Dodge stereo (which was a very basic stereo, not a premium unit). 6months later I still miss the sound of the OEM radio and I'm hoping that adding an aftermarket amplifier will help. I like that it works with Apple and Android. Backup cam functionality works well and even has settings to shift the backup lines if your camera is not centered properly. In full sunlight the screen is dim and hard to see. There is only one USB port so you can only connect a phone, or muic storage, but cannot do both at the same time.

Solid upgrade/replacement stereo. The Apple CarPlay works great. The sound is good through factory speakers but it has the capture run a custom system. My only complaint is the screen can be hard to see when the sun is bright.

It cuts off continuously. Over heating and was supposed to be covered by warranty.

I was looking for a simple double din touch screen. I usually don't use Sony car audio, but I am very pleased with the interface and how well everything operates. The equalizer provides the flexibility to adjust the sound to the degree I need. The smaller rear footprint allowed a flush mount in my BMW 325i. The android auto and Apple carplay work flawlessly. Still getting used to the interface. The volume buttons are small and I have big hands, but otherwise very pleased.

Unit itself seems ok, but quality on Apple Play phone calls is extremely poor. Do not recommend buying this. Not even if they give it to you.
