Great upgrade for my wife's car. The factory radio in her Kia Sportage crapped out and she'd been using airpods and blue tooth speakers. We started shopping around and her only two wanted features were Apple carplay and a reverse camera. The Sony double din made those easy to accomplish. Install was super simple and easy, once I got the harness set up she slid right in. The back up camera integration took a minute just to run the wiring. Overall we both recommend this radio.

Installed this on my 17 Forester XT. Able to retain factory camera and steering wheel controls. Android Auto/Carplay/Note 9 mirroring all work flawlessly. Sound is definitely an upgrade from the stock head unit. One note is the screen is resistive and not capacitive as noted in the description. However, the screen is still responsive and fast. May not have all the bells and whistles of a more expensive unit, but I just wanted AA/Carplay at a decent price. Limited to 18 preset saved stations though. Overall, this is a good value, especially given the shortages with head units.

Picked out receiver based on lots of positive online reviews - on Best Buy and other retail websites. Price was very reasonable and with free installation it was an easy choice (other stereo retailers just couldn’t come close in price with product/install price). I did have to purchase a few more items - around $100 - so that it would fit in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, yet I expected the additional fitment costs. Once installed, setup was quick and easy and the sound is fantastic! Highly recommend and very much pleased!!!

The Sony AX3250 is a huge upgrade compared to my old factory head unit. The AX3250 connects to my android phone quickly and provides all the options of Android Auto/Apple Carplay (navigation, Pandora, Spotify, hand free calling, and others) Combined with four Kicker speakers the system rocks. Installion was done by Best Buy. Installation in my 2003 Ram was quick, clean and I've experienced no issues. I also had the installer add a back up camera which is displayed through the Sony AX-3250.

Great radio pretty easy interface to deal with. USB connection the phone sometimes freezes radio. Glare seems to be an issue on any double in radio so no more glare than any other radio you get.

It's a nice stereo unit that works well for my truck. Fit without any issues. Recommended wiring adapters fit and diagrams were accurate. Once installation was complete, everything works as expected, Android auto (wired) works well. FM radio works as expected, sound quality is superior to the sony head unit it replaced.

Great stereo for the cost, sounds good and is easy to setup. Note: I did have to do a firmware update on the stereo and on my Android Auto to get my phone and the stereo to start working together.

Probably the best interior upgrade ive done. The maps on apple carplay are probably make this worth it. I did need a trim kit but its real easy to install.

I purchased the Sony Media Receiver # XAVAX3250 at Best Buy which was installed at the same store by Geek Squad Technicians. The Sony receiver is an excellent upgrade to the previous unit that I had. It is a really nice quality player/ receiver with excellent output producing great quality sound while traveling. The experience at Best Buy went flawlessly. The Sales Representative explained the differences between the available models and answered every question, so I felt confident purchasing this model which suits my needs perfectly. And the Geek Squad Team at the same store did an outstanding job with installing the unit in my Camaro. The wiring connections which they used are superior to how the previous unit was installed. They even improved the way that the Sirius tuner module was connected to provide better reception. I highly recommend that you check out Best Buy if you are considering a new or upgraded car sound system!

Very nice unit easy to navigate nice features at a good price

I've had this head unit almost a year now and it's as perfect as day one. Simple install, great quality, no glitches. I added a wireless Apple CarPlay bluetooth receiver to the usb connection in the back so now I don't even need to connect my phone.

Works great and has good sound. Very intuitive to use and the manual had a wiring diagram in it for the included harness

The Sony XAV-AX3250 is overall is a stellar choice for anyone attempting to upgrade the look and sound quality of there stereo. It boasts a big and very clear display, while provding your door speakers with enough wattage to drastically improve your lisyening experience. Very well tuned with numerous preset eq options, while st the same time allowing the user to modify to anyway they desire. The only reason this unit did not receive 5 stars is due to the buttons on the bottom of the display becoming stuck amd hard to press after awhile. All in all a great choice.

What a difference the Sony Digital Media Receiver has made to the quality of sound I now hear in my vehicle! Options for Android Auto & Apple Car Play, Sirius Radio, Bluetooth, USB input, Rear Camera and more. The 6.95” Screen is a major step up from the original radio, and it has a customizable background color. I couldn’t be happier!

Has been a great deck for the price. Sounds great and the screen is so easy to use. Hooks up to BT every time.
