    its looks great but there is some hiccups .. like disconnect and they can hear me when I make a call I'm pretty sure there an update that fix all that please do Sony

    Install was good but unit failed a couple weeks after installation I replaced it with a Kenwood unit under warranty and have been very pleased with the Kenwood Customer service at Best Buy was terrific. Replaced under warranty without issue The low rating is only for the actual unit Sony is not what it used to be
