DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE HEAD UNIT!!!

I had it for a few months and it began to fail. I took it Best Buy and was told the installation was correctly done, it's just the quality of this product from Sony. Android Auto barely works on this thing. It constantly was disconnecting. The touch screen is delayed and glitchy. The bottom buttons failed on me about two weeks ago. The volume kept increasing on its own to the max setting and I'm unable to turn it down. The "Option" button all of a sudden became the volume down, which it doesn't stay down. I called Sony and their resolution is to take it back to Best Buy, have it uninstalled so I can send it to them. Then if replaced, schedule another appointment to have the replacement installed. What a waste of time. I'm never buying Sony again, I gave them another shot from previous poor quality experiences but nothing seems to have improved. Brand name with garbage engineering.
