Clock doesn’t maintain the time and needs to be reset every week or two. The XM interface is lacking at best. The buttons to move between presets have a 5-6 second delay and the on screen detail (station, artist, song) etc are really, really basic and text only. Very disappointed. More trouble than its worth to return it now that it’s installed. Long story short, don’t do it.

This stereo does not work and thanks to Geek Squad's 2-3 week lag time to get things installed and Best Buy's "14-day" return policy, I'm now stuck with this glitchy product. Sony wants me to send the broken stereo back to them before sending me q new one...meaning I won't have a stereo in my car until they process the old stereo. Oh wait, then I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for Geek Squad to install. The product itself is glitchy, especially when I'm using Apple Carplay, which is exactly why I bought it. None of the map applications work properly with glitchy screens, discoloration and occasional force restart of the whole stereo. I don't think the stereo lasts longer than 30 minutes before restarting in normal instances. Do not buy this stereo if you value your sanity....

The technician that installed the stereo was polite and walked me through setting up my device. However, it turns out that Samsung Android phones are not compatible with the Android auto? I'm going to have to return this and find something that would work for my phone. Bummer.
