The people working at the Lindbergh location in Saint louis work harder to get out of doing the job the actually working. I made an appointment online when purchased the head unit and backup camera. for the head unit. Apparently the system didn’t block off enough time for the installer to get both things done. So I made another appointment to weeks later to bring the truck back for the camera install. The appointment was the first of the day as they don’t open until 10:00am. I was a little late arriving to the 2nd appointment, I arrived at 10:25am planning to leave my truck for the day. The installer informed me that I was late and because of that I couldn’t get it done that day. I also offered to leave the truck for as long as possible because I already arranged a ride to drop it off but that was still a hard no. I ended up making another appointment at a different Best Buy for the following Monday to try to get this done.

The dude that installed this radio in my whip was great. Did an amazing job when installing my stereo. My car sounds brand new and its an 2001 Toyota. 100% recommend Everett Best Buy to everyone.

Screen daytime glare and faded, dark contrast required a refund. Anti-glare screen is dull and foggy looking, but still has the same (even worse) visibility than other glossy screens. Sigh, so frustrating finding a monitor head upgrade that is visible and has less glare

Knew i wanted to get a new radio installed in my car, had tons lots of research and went into best buy to buy the unit. They hooked me up with the install and all the info I needed on it. This sony unit was worth every dollar and its made my day to day drives way more enjoyable.

Solid radio. Works flawlessly. After you no through 2 other radios trying to save money I finally bucked up and bought this one. Couldn’t be happier.

Geek guy was wonderful in fixing my problem. He knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it very quickly!

I love sony they been around for years there a wonderful brand I grew up with sony im in my 40s its had alot more technology thrn when i was a kid bluetooth you can talk threw your car radio back then you cant do that

Its a good upgrade for my truck, excellent pair Bluetooth system , i can make a call, replay a message, also good price.

Good quality radio by Sony. I think it’s good enough for a starter. However I like to see mor CarPlay apps like YouTube videos, but so far, I can’t find it.

Install at Best Buy was great. The system works without issues but is impossible to see in the sun. The whole point of no glare was to be able to see it. Screen is very dark and makes the back up camera useless during the day. Would not buy again and will probably switch out in the future.

The radio work good however, the wireless apple car play feature disconnects frequently and that sucks!

Nice fit and function. Good choice to upgrade a basic system. Like the wireless connectivity to Sirius XM and Bluetooth for CarPlay.
