The installation was great but I'm not totally happy with the product. It can lag and the audio connection can skip at times. It's almost like back in the day where CD players would skip when there is a bump.

The geek squad installation is a different story. I went to have it installed and the technician said that I needed all the adapters and kits to install it. I showed him that there was already a radio similar to what was installing in the vehicle already. He insisted I had to buy everything which totaled $196 . I told him I would not buy anything I already had and he was not happy about it. So I ended up going to Underground Sound in Cleveland and they installed it with everything I already had in my vehicle. It did cost me $75 for the install but way better than $196 ! I gave it 2 stars because the radio is great but geek squad did me wrong.
