Very responsive, great sound, and free installation through Best Buy!

Awesome system for the price and very clear and installation was great.

Great product! Works perfectly with wireless Apple CarPlay, but kinda struggles with wireless Android Auto on my S22 Ultra, so I just use wired Android Auto.

I bought a BOSS audio one previously and had Best Buy install it. Maybe due to android auto but the thing would disconnect frequently and it was difficult to use since I'd have to unplug and replug. I bought GeekSquad protection on that though and managed to replace that for this one and cover the difference. This wireless android auto is a game changer and I love it so much. Even modern cars don't have this and it's honestly not that big of a cost to upgrade considering what it provides. It connects automatically on startup and just works without disconnecting. I notice some hiccups occasionally but it's likely due to the Bluetooth connection which you could probably avoid with a direct cable connection instead. Highly recommend this product over others if wireless is needed.

Wireless Android Auto fantastic, coupled with Idatalink Maestro RR gives your older car just the right touch of modern.. but not over the top. Huge improvement in sound.

Wireless android auto is kind of a joke I'm not gonna lie, wireless apple carplay is way better than I expected, and wired android auto has no way of taking priority over wireless. This stereo is good, don't get me wrong, but if it is going to force android auto wireless upon me, it definitely worsens my overall experience. Despite this one major flaw, it's pretty decent. Touch screen is a bit iffy but that's mostly to do with the fact that it's a resistive rather than capacitive. Overall, a good head unit if you're an apple user and an okay one if you're an Android user. It does lack features overall, but if you're looking for a no-frills head unit for your car, this is probably the way to go.

I had mine installed through Best Buy and it has been the best thing ever! It’s like having a phone installed right into your car. The volume is great (louder than before) and the hands free calling? The best!

This head unit pairs amazing with stock speakers, with a good EQ tune you will have an amazing time. Always connects when you enter the car. It is amazing!

Aj and the Best Buy team did an excellent job on the up grade installation of the new touchscreen and speakers. The sound is impeccable and it’s totally user friendly.

This STEREO and BACK-UP camera works amazing in my 2015 CHEVY TAHOE. It's the best camera I've ever seen. It's clear and wide view available. I'VE got an upgrade that makes the truck more modern INSTANTLY :-)

I love the wireless CarPlay and how seamless it connects. Responsive and fluid screen, could be better in the light as the sun can make the screen a bit harder to read.

A fantastic system to upgrade to. Very user friendly. Wireless connectivity works perfectly. All you gotta do is connect once and you’re done.

Nice stereo and I LOVE the wireless CarPlay. Only complaint is the screen gives off terrible glare in direct sunlight.

Love it so far, being able to adjust the viewing angle, contrast, and brightness of the monitor. The 13 band equalizer with four (4) personal settings as well as presets for the usual. I’d have to say, really sweet deal for the money. Did I mention it sounds great inspite of using ford factory speakers.

We recently had a radio installed in my car at Best Buy, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The installation was poorly done, and the experience, a nightmare. Additionally, the technician was not properly trained and made rude comments, suggesting he knew more than we did. To make matters worse, they broke the radio bezels in multiple places, with clear evidence of improper tooling and unskilled craftsmanship. Before the installation, they allowed a random customer to claim the radio that I had purchased days before and had waiting in pick-up, as advised by the sales rep. Because of this mix-up, we had to wait an extra hour before they would even start the service that had been previously scheduled. That in-turn made us go home a 35-45 min drive to drop my son off who had night school, and come back during busy rush hour. Moreover, I paid a premium to have the steering wheel controls work, but they only installed the volume control, and even that was connected to a different set of controls that change the channel rather than the actual volume control. I expected a much higher level of service from a reputable company like Best Buy. I will not be returning for any future services and cannot recommend their installation services to others.
