Great product! Works perfectly with wireless Apple CarPlay, but kinda struggles with wireless Android Auto on my S22 Ultra, so I just use wired Android Auto.

I love the wireless CarPlay and how seamless it connects. Responsive and fluid screen, could be better in the light as the sun can make the screen a bit harder to read.

Love it so far, being able to adjust the viewing angle, contrast, and brightness of the monitor. The 13 band equalizer with four (4) personal settings as well as presets for the usual. I’d have to say, really sweet deal for the money. Did I mention it sounds great inspite of using ford factory speakers.

We recently had a radio installed in my car at Best Buy, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The installation was poorly done, and the experience, a nightmare. Additionally, the technician was not properly trained and made rude comments, suggesting he knew more than we did. To make matters worse, they broke the radio bezels in multiple places, with clear evidence of improper tooling and unskilled craftsmanship. Before the installation, they allowed a random customer to claim the radio that I had purchased days before and had waiting in pick-up, as advised by the sales rep. Because of this mix-up, we had to wait an extra hour before they would even start the service that had been previously scheduled. That in-turn made us go home a 35-45 min drive to drop my son off who had night school, and come back during busy rush hour. Moreover, I paid a premium to have the steering wheel controls work, but they only installed the volume control, and even that was connected to a different set of controls that change the channel rather than the actual volume control. I expected a much higher level of service from a reputable company like Best Buy. I will not be returning for any future services and cannot recommend their installation services to others.

Features are great and very easy to maneuver! Overall, Im very happy with the choice I made.

This is a nice unit but with glitches. After 1.5 years of seamless play and quick connecting, the unit started to turn on and off randomly. It can't stay on long enough to do any resets. I would say buy the protection plan, as my car is going into the shop next week to get it looked at. Overall, I'm skeptical of this unit as many other people are reporting the same thing with this unit.

Replaced my 25 yrs old stereo on Lexus SUV. It was a big improvement overall from the OEM sound system. But the quality of Sony receiver is sub par. Like most reviewer mentioned, it was hard to see the LCD screen during the day, specially when it's sunny & bright. Setting up with my iphone for carplay was easy. Few times I had hard time connecting to carplay. Seems like there's a considerable amount of lag between my iphone and the Sony receiver. Sound quality from the receiver for music and phone calls are excellent. Only reason I decided to get this model was because of wireless carplay connectivity and it was on sale for $349 plus free installation.

Excellent purchase for my 11 years old car! I didn’t need a new car but I did need a new media system. #1 was to have no glare and the mat surface provides that. It works perfectly with my Apple Car Play and no wires . My phone stays in my purse, but most importantly is that my dealership sent me to Best Buy for the best deal and it didn’t disappoint! Will never need upgrade.
