I do wish that when I plug the C cable in it would also connect to Carplay (or other apps) but the cable is just for charging... Carplay and Apps only available wirelessly. <-- Wasnt trying to force pairing with my vehicle on my passengers if they wanted to use their playlist or Maps,,,,

I am a SONY GIRL ONLY! Problems: •It disconnects completely from the car Bluetooth, won’t reconnect, and I have to completely stop my car- shut it off- and restart it to get it to connect ( AT LEAST 2x a week since May). I will try to connect by cord- this works sometimes. •The screen with google maps while driving will go completely black or stop showing a highlighted route. This also requires stopping the car, shutting it off, and restarting it. This is 1-2x/week. •Volume randomly fluctuates without adjustment by me •Will not let me connect just blue tooth- I have trouble shorted all of my connection with Sony website and it requires car play every time. I had a previous Sony car stereo that I wish I could have put in this car but it was too small. I am so disappointed in this product (or the installation job- my back up camera is completely dark and I did go back to the Parker Colorado store and I was told it was because I had a factory camera and would need to buy a new one. No one ever in the process of purchase or install it ever told me that. The product is not good.

Great update for an older car, but needs some work

You can still always use the Google Maps directions, but the lack of real-time traffic updates makes it a suboptimal app, and often tries to take me on a course that I find inconvenient. They need to fix the update with Waze so it doesn't randomly refuse to load. Other than that, it is great for music, podcasts, Google assistant for phone calls, reading text messages to you while driving, etc.

Completely wireless apply CarPlay or android auto, connects as soon as the radio turns on. delay is small but not a problem for maps or anything else just takes .5 seconds to play the audio. Audio is very customizable with different settings and compatible with aftermarket speakers or amps

Great head unit

The GUI is so much better than other brands as it is clean and modern. I find other brands' displays to be confusing and outdated. The tactile volume buttons are great. Wireless Apple Car Play works flawlessly. I'm very happy with this purchase for my 2018 Nissan Sentra.

Long wait for installation was ridiculous

The tech that installed it did a great job. I bought it in January and couldn’t get in to have it installed until March. Then they closed the store and pushed it out another month at another location. Again - I bought it in January and they couldn’t fit me in for the installation until APRIL!! The free SiriusXM trial is already expired. Lol. What a joke. Another customer in the waiting area told me he got his appointment set up within week. What the heck!!? I have a feeling Best Buy won’t be around next time I need a stereo installed.
