Nice lens if you don't mind the price

I've never been able to convince myself to spend more on a lens than my cameras, but after actually using this lens, I can see the justification. The lens performs Miles ahead of cheaper kit telephoto lens, especially at the farther focal distance, thanks to the f4 across the entire focal range.

My copy was missing the supplied lens hood. Best Buy should be more aware with their quality control. Even without the lens hood, this is a definite best buy!
