This Sony zoom lens is sharp and fast. I was thinking to buy the f/2.8 but now I know I can work with an aperture of f4. The lens is light compare to the competition and the design is quite enjoyable. I like the fact that there are 3 focusing buttons and I can use them to lock focus. I am enjoying it quite a lot and using it more than usual.

Although I have A 6100 I also have an alpha 7II and I wanted to make sure I have the correct telephoto to fit both bodies. this is the one, this is the final solution to what I was looking for without spending three times the amount of money I got a great value and I'm already enjoying the way that it smoothly works through all my shots. What can I say it's another great Sony mirrorless product

At first I was skeptical but this lens is beast paired with my Sony AR7iii. I snapped a few pictures of moving cars goin about 50MPH once I viewed the photos the cars looked as if they were standing still and the images were crisps. I highly recommend this lens

I was needing a telephoto lens to go with my Sony A7rII, saw this open box buy and went for ot. Saved over $200 and am a happy shooter.

I use a Sony a7ii and Sony nex6. I took this lens out with me to shoot the strawberry moon in San Francisco and although the shots were decent at 200mm they were soft. If I throw my canon 135 L lens on it produces super sharp and great color photos. Don't get me wrong this is a good lens for all around shooting but if you are working it at 200mm most of the time you are better off saving your money because this costs double what you can get the similar canon f4 lens or if you want more zoom go with the 150-600 tamron for Sony with the adapter. I couldn't justify the price of this lens compared to the quality it provided.
