Great No Frills Reciever

When to go calibrate it and looked all around for the microphone and noticed that it was never in the box. I called Best Buy and they said I have to exchange the whole thing. I really don’t want to do that and I had to go to 3 different stores to find one in stock. Why can they just order a mic from Sony and send me one?!? I do not want to uninstall my reciever to do it all over again !

Great Sony Receiver
