Works great when playing Blu-Ray movies and cable television. Easy to set up preselected FM and AM stations. I am very happy with this Sony unit.

I love this receiver/amplifier. It turns on when it senses another attached device turns on. Crystal clear sound when paired with my klipsch speakers.

This AVR is just what I was looking for. Had every thing thing necessary except Bluetooth but sound quality is excellent. Might buy another soon.

I've been a fan of Sony products for a while and have added this receiver to my collection. Sony makes quality items at an affordable price!

So far after having this product for a month, there have been no issues and the quality of sound is great. Nothing complicated and easy to install.

Warning! Does not "pass through" Dolby Vision and will not let you listen to an audio HDMI that you aren't watching unless you unplug the output HDMI cable. We use the digital TOSLINK output for content streamed to the TV and HMDI for blueray, keeping the video output of the blueray directly into the TV in order to get all the features. Speaker setup is easy for beginners, but tweaking the auto settings is painful. Bluetooth is quirky and will make you pull your hair out. Can't set output of biamp speakers different - top and bottom are stuck the same. Quality is so-so. But ... its cheap!

This product does what they say it will do. Easy installation and set-up...no confusing menu's to go through, it was easy.

We only use this for 2 Klipsch bookshelf speakers in our bedroom. Fantastic price with excellent performance.

Bought this for a friend to upgrade her system. She did not need anything high-end so, feature-wise, this unit will serve the purpose. It does not have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, which some other brands have on their receivers at this unit's price point. However, it (oddly) does have an MHL input. One thing to note, is that the unit makes a loud 'click' noise when turned on/off. Not a big issue, but something to consider when making your purchase decision.

Purchased this amp to replace my old combo unit that quit. Does everything I need it to do. Sounds good with my Polk Audio speakers. Would recommend.

Very easy to use and loud. As soon as I plugged this in, the system can tell the difference of when I need external speakers on. Very intuitive!

Real nice receiver for the price. Wish it had a Phono In connection. Have to use Aux then Line on turntable. Christmas gift.

Best when used with HDMI or Optical Cable. I prefer the Optical Cable. There is an auto balance set up using a microphone that worked amazingly well.

We've had no issues with this receiver. We bought it as a replacement for one that was fried during a lightening strike. Exactly what we needed.

I got this as an open-box special at a great price. My favorite feature on this is the dual subwoofer outputs. I happened to have two subwoofers at home, so I hooked them both up and the house is rumbling!! The bypass function is great - allowing the audio and video signal to pass through to the TV when the unit is powered down, The only thing that I can think to improve would be to allow the audio/video signal from one device to pass through while listening to another. Would be great to be able to listen to my turntable while using the Playstation.

After returning the initial receiver Best Buy sent me, I have had no issues with this one since! I am happy with it so far!
