Excellent sound processing. Basic receiver but does everything I need it too. Exstreamlly easy to set up.

I do like this unit but I do have some nits to pick. First is I cannot figure out how to store FM stations and there is no user manual...plus Sony has no down load for it. Second is mainly my problem. I have a really nice four hundred dollar dual channel center channel system with a sub-woffer.. My problem is it is a line level input system. The Sony center output is speaker level. Now I have a 400 dollar piece of furniture. I need a transformer that can take the speaker level to about a 2 volt output. Is there anyone at Best Buy or Sony that can help me? And why won't this unit store FM channels? I asked a store person in the A/V section at the store and he had no answer except to go to Youtube and see if there was a demo that might help. Still haven't done that but will soon. Perhaps this weekend. I do like the look and heft of the unit and the sound is truly clean and clear. Thank you, Thomas Higginbotham Tupelo, ms.

My pioneer elite gave me so much problem, I got this Sony for half the cost and works perfect, great buy

Works great looks great, although the menu keeps popping up every time On startup.

Perfect replacement for my old Marantz receiver. Had no problem with installation.

My old receiver didn't have a powerd sub out put .so I wanted to buy this one .it sounded great but wouldn't go loud enough for my outside enjoyment so I since returned it and got a onkyo.with a little more wattage.

This sound system really makes you feel like you are in a movie theater or sporting event.

Although modestly priced, this receiver performs better than expected. It's easy to set up. It replaced a much more expensive unit and more than held it's own. The automatic speaker balancing was something I didn't expect in this price range and it worked very well. Easy to use remote.

I had really waited to long to upgrade my receiver and didn't want to spend to much to not get much in return, but this receiver was very affordable and went way beyond my expectations. The sound is great, the additional options are great, and all the sound field options are awesome.

Great value for the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a smaller space.
