Regarding that YouTube issue on your A95L, it’s a bit strange that it’s acting up while Prime Video works perfectly. Since you've ruled out the internet, a quick soft reset might do the trick: just hold down the Power button on your remote for about 5 seconds until the TV restarts. You can also try clearing the YouTube app cache in your TV's settings to help it run more smoothly.

You can navigate to Settings > Display & Sound > Picture, and ensure Reality Creation is set to Auto or Manual (around 20-40); this feature is specifically designed to upscale lower-resolution content and restore detail. Additionally, setting Smooth Gradation to Low or Medium can help reduce any pixelation or "banding" often found in older digital recordings.

If the soundbar connected to the TV is equipped with 4K/120p passthrough to support the latest video formats including Dolby Vision, you can connect your AV devices (such as Blu-ray Disc player, set-top box, gaming console, etc.) to the HDMI IN jack on the speaker system with an HDMI cable. This way, you can also output sound such as Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS:X in high quality.
