Once purchased too many people warned that sony was junk and I caved in and exchanged for Kentwood. Havent had problems with that one.

Replaced my old six CD changer with this and am considering putting the old one back in. It has all the conveniences of connectability but no bass response even after extensive EQ adjustment. You have to listen hard to hear bass notes where you should be feeling them. This is an example of backward audio technology.

It's nice for the money, but it's not XM radio ready. You still have to buy more equipment. It's a bit misleading.

This price is good and quality is good but it is a little bit smaller than my original one. we enjoy it.

Was disappointed that for a radio of today"s time that it only has the capability to hold only one CD at a time. You have to eject the one and only CD each time to play another. My 10 year radio, that I replaced for this new radio, held six CD's at a time. The box did not indicate the system only holds the one CD. I am disappointed in this purchase.

Poor choice-needed 2 models & still didn't work properly. switched to a different manufacturer.

I will be going back to Best Buy to try and resolve the problem. The radio keeps dropping radio stations programmed in. It keeps dropping the time that is programmed in. And the Bluetooth keeps dropping my phone that is sncyned in.

You can't use the Bluetooth communications without the APP. With the APP you have to wait until it's ready, then start the APP on a smartphone before you can start driving. I think I could have done much better.

The unit has great potential, good power output and iphone apps to control. But Bluetooth connection was bad, it would make the unit scan through stations and mic did not work. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but when you buy a brand new unit you expect it to work, Replaced by Kenwood unit instead.

I went to the Costa Mesa and bought this product and wanted it installed they said they dont do it there and to call tusin Best Buy, so I did every time I call no one answers and when you ask for installs you have to leave a voice mail and then never call back

This unit was advertised to be xm ready. It was listed right at the point of sale. I found out after installation that this was not true. I had to have it removed and a different unit installed. The installer was awesome.

Started having problems in less than 2 weeks after purchase (unit would either not turn on or continuously reboot, losing all settings each time). Do not recommend.

Not worth the money at all. slow, unresponsive, doesnt sound very good, ugly display. the only cool part was the color change

So I purchased this stereo because I believed it was fairly priced and had all the features I desired in a head unit. However, when I arrived at Best Buy and got the head unit installed (side note two of the best installation techs I have ever had; the malfunction of the stereo is a product issue and had nothing to do with the way it was installed) I stopped to fill up my truck and turned the truck off. When I was done filling up, I turned the car on and the Sony unit went back to demo mode and none of the buttons were working. I returned to Best Buy like 15 minutes after getting the unit installed, and the installation techs were able to get me a replacement and sent me on my way again. This time I decided to test the 2nd unit out before leaving the parking lot, and to no surprise, the head unit reverted back to demo mode and none of the buttons worked again. So I returned to Best Buy for a third time, and the techs went ahead and upgraded me to the Pioneer FH-X730BS for free which has worked perfectly. In summary, I would advise not purchasing this product because there is a strong chance that it will be a lemon. Thank god I bought the warranty, otherwise I would have had to pay to have for the 2nd and 3rd installations as well.

Great radio for the price I paid. Works just fine with my hook up in my truck. Pushes my subwoofer harder than I thought it could. Easy to hook up and works just as I needed it to.

Out of all of the double din decks that I looked at, this one had all of the features I was looking for as well as the highest watts per channel at 55. Great fidelity sound and easy to use and navigate.

I've had been searching for awhile for a stereo that would work with my car. I ultimately settled on this unit and, while I have had some trouble with it, I love it!

Cool light effects and versatile inputs, the bass response from this unit is poor. I've custom adjusted the EQ in every way and can only hear the bass frequencies. As a bass guitar player I prefer to feel the bass more so than hear it. The original Pioneer stock radio in my xB had the capability of crumbling the speakers at ultra low notes if desired and the same speaker setup with this player sounds more like what you might get out of a laptop computer. This player alone has inferior sound production so I'll channel it through a powered equalizer to try to get satisfying fidelity.
