Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend this unit. Every 3 weeks or so it defaults to factory settings. I updated the device firmware and still had the issue. I called Sony multiple times and all they had me do was reset the unit, they had no idea. I finally got frustrated and got rid of the radio.

Ok radio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first hooked it up it worked great but now I'm having problems with it and I'm going to take it back and get a new one or a different radio. The bluetooth don't work half the time and when it dose work my radio turns off.

TERRIBLE radio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this radio and had it installed in December of 2016.i didnt start having problems until just after my factory warranty was up in December of 2017.the radio loses blue tooth sync with my phone pretty often,and displays "no device".The biggest problem is the fact that it just shuts off and comes back on for no reason..that may have something to do with losing my blue tooth sync...idk! i'm in the process of talking to Best Buy and seeing what i can do about getting something else..oh yeah and i did pay for installation and hardware..

Don't buy it!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sony has always been one of my favorite brands as I used to sell their TVs and stereo equipment. This receiver is flashy, but wouldn't come out of demo mode and stay out. After tearing down the dash and installing the unit, the buttons wouldn't function to get to the menu. After again following the directions of the geek squad, the buttons still wouldn't function. I took it back and got a JVC which installed quickly and worked immediately. Major quality control issue for the Sony that wasted a lot of my time.
