Back to FM now. Checking with Sony customer care using the website for this product is nuisance. It’s already fixed in the car, so repairing it means either remove it out of the car myself especially in cold weather or pay someone to do that. It will cost more (Time and money) than the lousy quality of this product. Also it doesn’t provide a way to remove the old paired devices. I got this product fixed through Best Buy on 15th Dec, return period ended on 30th Dec. What kind of return period is that? 15 days to experience it and decide?
