I purchased an open box version of this stereo. The staff assured me that the same return policy applied, and let me check the unit for any noticeable problems. Long story short, I installed this stereo without any problems. The sound quality is what you would expect from Sony. Not the very best, but good, especially at open box price. The Bluetooth feature also connects consistently and works well without any hiccups.

This has been a great CD deck for me so far, I love the Bluetooth capabilities and the varying colors! When compared to other CD that I have previously owned and used, this Sony has outranked them all this far!

I actually wanted something else I found on Best Buy website, but it was not available in store. The Geek Squad guy recommended something that I saw a demonstration of. I agreed to it and I have no regrets. The sound is clear, synchronizing to my iPhone 6plus was easy, the iPod and USB ports are great. It looks great on my dashboard and looks stock. This item is just the right gadget for my car and I highly recommend it.

I took one star off for the fact that that it is blingy, and we are in our 40's. Our son had to figure out how to turn down the light. This replaces a standard AM/FM/ Cassette deck radio. We don't use all the features, but we like the ones that we use. We got a low-profile 32G thumb drive (it's more like a pinkie drive) and we can listen to all our downloaded music. We have several long-distance drives this summer, and I look forward to using the Sirius radio out in the middle of Idaho. Be aware that the 3 month free offer was more like buy 3, get 3.

My old Sony bit the dust. Best Buy was more than accommodating. The Geek service looked up to see if my model could be replaced but it had been discontinued. The service technician went out on the showroom floor and picked out a model that was a step up but for the same price so the exchange was even. Installation was quick and professional. Service was phenomenal. The new Sony works like a dream.

I needed a radio with a very bright display for my wife's car. This one was on display at the store and fit the bill. My son installed it for me, he had to make some adjustment to the car's bracket and make a wiring harness but overall it was a normal single-DIN installation. The radio looks great installed and has outstanding sound for no external amplifier. It has a remote but we don't use it.

It is all that and than some for what i was looking for. I like the name brand for starters but the quality and durability not to mention simple install given right accessories for vehicle the first time. But great product and i was mainly looking for wireless and its just that plus a very simple clear cut app for my iphone. Great and perfect for iphone

best one I had so far still massing whit it but love it easy to use and I could use my phone to pick out me songs from the 1000 in my usb.

Great features and great sound. Love the color changing display. Blue tooth sounds great, easy to use. Pairs with Pandora on my phone perfectly. Have had the sound on the tuner not work twice now. But shut it off and turn it back on and it works. Not sure if it's an issue with the player or wiring.

I did no research going in. I asked on servall off your sales people for help who worked in stereos. The only reason I bought it at best was because luckily the stereo installer actually knew what he was talking ab and listened to what I wanted done. Everyother employee would either blow me off or knew nothing ab the product they were selling. I knew twice as much and I reiterate I did no research going in. The Man who installed my equipment I needed in the 3 different departments I was in the day. He's the only reason I have something nice I'm this review and deserves the sales credit. I've applied a your store but you didn't hire me because lack of sales expierence. This isn't ab this job I'm referring to just that a Manger said yall couldn't hire a new sales person "because yall had the best sales people you could ask for" the in my personal opinion you have THE WORST group of sales people I've had a pleasure of not getting one lack of helpful information. Your installation team is 100 times better than your sales. My family also use to buy 3, 50 in tvs yearly and now they will be taking their business elsewhere, especially if that's the type of sales team you want!

The sound quality is excellent. Works great hooking up my I Pod Classic to it. It is easy to set and makes my drive time that much more enjoyable.

Wanted a radio with Bluetooth and upgraded features and this one met all my needs!

This Sony receiver surpassed my expectations by a lot! It has a higher wattage to drive the speakers with less distortion, select EQ's, easy NFC/Bluetooth pairing, and connected microphone (installed above rear-view mirror by Geek Squad) makes calling and voice commands a snap. The sad thing is, now I feel like I need to upgrade my home speakers as my car stereo sounds better than at home!

My main concern was getting for the bluetooth and NFC feature. Besides that, the features are not the best. The color choices are ok. The main thing that sticks out like a sore thumb to me about this deck is the fact that you can't bring up id3 tag scrolling of the titles via bluetooth audio. Also the 10 frequency EQ is a bit of a pain to utilize a good sound from without sounding muddy for custom setup of the tuning.

It sounds great, the bluetooth is clear and I love the SongPal app that can access the settings easily. I bought it a few weeks ago open box and was able to get it at a discount. Now unfortunately, for some unknown reason, it frequently factory resets. Hopefully it's just a loose wire when I take it back in to be checked.

When you think about radios, you usually think of brands like Alpine, Kenwood/JVC, Pionner. When I saw this radio, the design is what got my attention. It looked different from the rest. It has a carbon fiber design theme going on. It also has color adjustments for the display and button portion of the stereo. More than the design, the feature list got to me The radio has NFC (for the phones that have it and are capable of using it) for one touch pairing, Bluetooth, USB port, SiriusXM tuner capability (you must purchase this if you want it...), 10 band EQ, and my favorite feature is the SongPal app (iOS and android compatible) that allows you to control your stereo from the phone/tablet. The only big con I can think of is how confusing the UI on the radio itself can be. Sometim s navigating on the radio can be confusing as pressing the "select" button becomes a back/cancel button but using the SongPal app fixes this issue by just adjusting everything through that.

Bought this stereo for my RV that has outside compartment. It's equipped with blue tooth and can pair with your phone. First time.my phone rang it went thru the radio, I wasn't sure what to think about it, it displayed on the screen Husband Todd! How did it know it was my husband.??.. kinda creepy but kool.

I have always liked Sony. The unit is easy to stroll through the menus. The sound and power of this unit performs better than the stock stereo (2002 truck) it replaced. The blue tooth connection sets up with ease. I am pleased with my purchase.
