It's the best controller available, period. I do not recommend third party controllers, as they always seem to feel cheap in the hand, aren't weighted properly, and break easily. I also have no idea how people use Xbox controllers. Those things are awkward.

Identifiable controller and longer cord

It makes it easy to tell player 1 and 2 apart (when set down or coming back to play) as the controller looks different than the standard all black.
