I was really excited to get this since my old PS4 controller stopped working a few months ago. When it arrived it was in good condition and turned on and everything, but when I tried to pair it to my PS4 it wouldn't connect. Me and my dad tried to connect it for a whole week, we looked up different solutions and none of them worked. I finally decided to return it and got a full refund. I was really sad that it didn't work, I'm gonna keep looking for a new controller.

The buttons are close together for easy access. Dual shock works great and adds so much effect to the games.

My son is going to get a new PS4 for Christmas, and with be excited to play with his friends with a second controller.

This latest edition from Sony is the most comfortable yet to use. It also remains coordless and comes with a headphone connection.

Love the PS4 controller in terms of functionality and design. Only drawback is the battery life and since this doesn't have a removable battery, you either have to plug into the console to play & charge simultaneously or use a third party controller charging stand.

I have to replace about once a year for my husband

Thank god the Bestbuy employee told me about the 10 dollars for the warranty because I would have blown 60 bucks without any replacement. After 2 month no dropping or anything like that my right stick started drifting to the right. I'm disappointed that it was such a short time for it to malfunction. My previous controllers I bought from here lasted 1-2 years without issues. Just normal wear and tear. I'd suggest getting a 2 year warranty for 10 bucks since at least you will have a backup plan if something goes wrong.

The controller looks and feels great. I'm enjoying it.

The joystick grips have been improved to be more durable and more grippy. The new light bar on the touch pad is cool too.

This is the ideal controller for use with your PS4. Sony stuck with their winning formula for their controllers. It is comfortable for long gameplay sessions and the battery life is sufficient. If you are going to force me to complain about something I would say it could stand to be a little cheaper. (But what couldn't stand to be a little cheaper these days?
