i could hear better than the kids

Since they didn't fit i kept getting a high pitch noise. I wish they had reps to help with adjusting these because they worked great besides falling out of my ear due to poor security and the high pitch squeal.

Well Performing OTC Hearing Aids

This model has limited options for adjustment but hearing performance seems equivalent to my Rx units.

The setup is simple and takes you through a personal customization process. This process sets up the OTC hearing aid in relation to your personal hearing loss. It isn't as robust as a prescription setup, but the feature was sufficient for my wife's hearing needs. The app for the samsung galaxy phone was easy to load and use

I’ve tried $2600. 00 which lasted about 6 months with constant fiddling with to an over the ear pair which lasted longer but not nearly as GOOD as these. I could have bought 3 pairs of the Sony . I will continue with this set until I need to get another, if I need to get another pair. Thank you Sony for making hearing great again!

I was so frustrated with everyone whispering. lol. I followed the instructions, and in 10 minutes my hearing went from struggling to hear and understand to GREAT hearing. My own voice seems a little odd, but I was told that it would take a bit for my brain to catch up with my new hearing pattern. I love these hearing aids. They look like regular ear buds too. Happy, happy.

More fine tuning needed

I experienced echo when I was talking and while sound was amplified and I started hearing sounds that I could not hear before, verbiage wasn’t clear to me. -Connections to Iphone was good

I have had the Jabra Enhance Buds and now these. The sony ones allow me to hear things that even my wife wasn't able to. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an OTC hearing aid solution.

Very pleased with product

Needed on line chat to help me set up (on line chat was very helpful). Perfect for my need. No background noise even in noisy environment like Chinese Yum Cha. The blue tooth was excellent; clear streaming audio from my iphone and incoming phone calls Strongly recommend for mild to moderate hearing loss individuals. Only snag was one of the hearing aids had charging problems after 2 weeks use; I had to send it back to Sony and they are sending a replacement right now.

Affordable and just what I needed!

2 stars but only for size.

Had a reaction in my ear that has taken a week to clear up. The performance of these was marginal at best. I get they are not made for music but the sound was not worth listing to. Best thing about them is the size. At 1200.00 you think Sony could figure out a way to turn on the mics for a phone call. Yes they don't tell you that you have to use the phone's mic. I have 2 dogs so holding the hone and walking the dogs is next to impossible. I returned the and might revisit this when the market matures a little. My advice is don't bother.

Noticeable hearing improvement!

They look like I'm wearing earbuds so you'll blend right in. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they're a little troublesome to charge. I recommend taking the rubber sleeves off so they contact the case and charge better.

Hearing aids that are paired through the MFi menu typically encounter interferance when streaming from a pocket. MFi pairing is utilized, instead of a traditional bluetooth pairing, to conserve energy and give the CRE-E10 hearing aids their great battery life (up to 26 hours of use).
