I love how it Blur out the background & focuses on Your Portrait Subject. Def Recommend It. Just Know you will have to keep a good Distance from Your Subject To Get The Best Results

Perfect for Portraits, but can do a lot of others things as well. I find myself using it to get my dog running, cars rolling & a few other things !

Great for photos far away

Mediocre at best.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from canon to Sony in hopes the hype train was right however I am back to Canon with the r6 as Sony features just weren't enough. the things you lack in Sony are in Canon, trust me, the stabilization is a different game, the IS in sony is a joke. Worth looking into. This lens was used for many weddings but I am happy when I saw I gave it away on offer up just to get rid of it.
