Excellent lens

Don't get me wrong, it's still pretty fast. I love this lens because it's a multi purpose lens for me, portraits and macro shots. The price is a bit steep but it's well worth it. It is big and a bit bulky but I doesn't bother me at all. I have no issues to report on this lens. Two thumbs up.

Great Lens!

She likes taking close up shots, she likes seeing little details, and she has been very happy with this lens. I'm not a photographer, but I can say my wife, who is, loves it. I'm happy I bought this for her.

Finally a nice macro

When I shot another brand I felt 60mm was too short, and the 105mm was nice but too bulky. Now that I have Sony, the 90mm is perfect! The push/pull feature to focus or not is very convenient. Any complaints? I do not like the surface texture, but that in no way affects the image. It's just preference.

Sharp photos, great control

Manual is so key when you have a Sony camera like my a7ii that gives you the focus assist. Pinpoint your focus so easy... if your subject is still ;) Defiantly worth the money and competes with the Canon and Nikon top macro lenses!
