Refurbished don't come with NEO Versa Bundle

The reason for the rating is the headphones are decent, not sure they are worth it. And, the refurbished didn't come with the NEO Versa Bundle, which was a significant reason for buying them. Best Buy should really reduce the price of the headphones if they don't come as advertised on the box.

Very...underwhelming

The headset isn’t very comfortable, the sound is ok but not the greatest. It’s some time difficult for others to hear you if not positioned correctly. Honestly you can a better quality set for a better price.
