A: Yes, there is a mix. Bought these to play Fortnite and we can talk to each other from different rooms and to other players in the game. Can be muted.
A: try reconnecting them with Bluetooth or try them with the included 3.5 wire if not try restarting the ps4 if it don't work maybe bad mic on the headset exchange them
