The look and feel of the Sony Playstation Gold Wireless headset is super nice. I like how it looks like a regular pair of cool headphones; you can use them with a 3.5mm cable and plug them into an smartphone, tablet, Nintendo Switch! Or wirelessly with the included USB dongle. The sound is surprisingly crisp and bass is nice & heavy. Highly recommended. The inlcuded Fortnite goodies is a nice addition.

Got this on sale for $30 off. At that price, they're a great wireless set of gaming headphones. The hidden mic works better than I expected (but that's also in a primarily quiet environment). The max volume seems a bit low for certain games and again, that's also in a quiet environment. Very comfortable for extended use. I've got some Dumbo ears and had heard that could be problematic with these headphones, however, while it does take me a moment to seat them properly so that they're comfortable, once I hit that sweet spot, I can go for hours without adjusting.

The Fortnite bonus stuff aside, this is anamazing headset. It has great audio quality and mic clarity. It doesn't pick up a lot of background noise. The adapter is perfect. It works with PS4 but also on PC and Switch! A similar headset from Logitech is $130 and this one was only $70! And it comes in a nice white instead of black like 95% of other headsets. My 9 year old is also able to wear it comfortably.

Where do I start? The Sony Golds sound very crisp & clear, they are very comfortable to wear, even have a built in microphone! The battery lasts around 8 hours, which is a long time for wireless headphones, my Raycons last less time than that! Just remember to keep them plugged in at night, or you’ll end up like me and be in the middle of a match of Battle Royal, the Sony headphones start beeping at me (low battery), the headphones die, and then I have to switch over to the generic wired headphones that came with my console just to hear my teammates. Personally I’m the kind of player that likes to hear his in-game surrounding and voice chat through the headphones, and these ones do the job of handling the sound!

Great sound and comfortable fit. Capable of both wireless and wired connection. Works great on the PS4, PC and even works on the Nintendo Switch! Great quality at a great price.

Sound great, seem to be louder than some of the turtle beach wired headsets and than the Astro a10 headsets. Easy to switch volume priority between chat and game volume, can clearly hear both if the sound distribution is around a 50/50 ratio. Battery is as long as advertised, I often play for 4-5 hours at a time without having to charge. Very comfortable padding and easy to spot clean.

The battery life and sound quality are very good. The fit is also a decent size. The only downfall is the hard plastics and ear pieces arent particularly good at keeping the headset comfortable long term. After about 2 hours i have to take it off for a bit.

These are the first PlayStation headset i've ever purchased. Gotta say i'm not disappointed. Definitely a great replacement for what i had. They're very light in weight with over the ear comfort. But it's surround sound is what impresses. Wanna get absorbed in your game, these are wonderfully helpful to grab ever sound. I highly recommend them

This headphone does everything need in a PlayStation headset, it’s extremely easy to set up and get going right out of the box. It has this surround sound feature but it really only benefits for certain games designed around it (last of us 2 sounds incredible in surround sound btw) the headset is so what comfort it’s not luxury feel like you might get from Sony mx1000’s or Bose headphones but it does the jobs and seems to get more comfortable the longer they rest on you head.... oh they do get hot after awhile you’re ears will definitely get steamy on a hot day also the buttons on the headset are place in weird areas and hard to tell what does what, I end up just taking off the headphones to look at the sometime to figure it out all in all I’d give the a 7 out 10 definitely try to get these on sell not worth the asking price if you can find them for $70 or less you’re winning

It's comfortable, and the mic is good enough and clear. I wish the range was a little further. If I go maybe 15 feet away and I can't hear anything anymore. I guess it's not a big deal. The battery life only lasts about 6 hours for me.

I actually got this for my PC after reading that it is easily compatible with them. Well, it is! Real simple plug and play! It works great with my PS4 as well. I don't own any theater sound but this gives me that kind of feel, and without any wires! I did purchase this with a USB extender because if I were to use this on my PS4 there are only 2 slots, and getting a 4 slot was a good solution for that problem.

If you are buying these to use with the PS4 I cannot recommend them enough. I have seen reviews claiming "cheap" construction and just average sound, neither is true. They are light so comfortable for gaming sessions and the 7.1 surround sound really adds another dimension to the experience. I am sure they do not compete with super high end headphones but they really are not at a price point to do that to begin with. Even the built in mic does just fine for voice chat. Under 80 bucks just get them, worth it.

Great headset for the price. Sound quality is excellent , keeps a charge and comfortable. Not to mention you get about 30 dollars worth of Fortnite bucks . Well worth it.

Got this for my son for his fortnite game he loves it upgrade from his previous wired turtle Beach headset. These are wireless and made for PlayStation bonus vbucks and skin made this a no brainier he was so excited also added warranty cause you know kids break stuff all time :)

Have had all generations of Sony gold wireless headphones and these are the best so far. Great sound and so light. Need pretty good line of sight to Bluetooth dongle or sound can get clippy. But, can plug in supplied phone jack cable into controller and it doesn't even use head phone's battery. It gets sound and power from controller. Bonus Fortnight "currency" a plus if you play it.

Pros: They look great and sound great for the PS4. The Mic is pretty good, too. Very comfortable to wear and the 7.1 surround sound in games that support it is awesome. Cons: If you aren't playing a game that supports 7.1 surround sound, you need to reconfigure the settings back to just stereo otherwise the game sound acts weird.

The sound is by far better than any headset I’ve tried. And for the price, it’s hard to beat. This headset is soft and comfortable but strong. The only two cons are the mic doesn’t sound the greatest, and the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like. Maybe 6 hrs.

my son needed a new headset and I saw this one white wireless/wired mic that included two thousand v bucks for fortnite wich he loves the mic is great both wired and wireless very convenient when you run out of power also has a mic built in and a mute button on the side he loves it i would recommend it for any gamer

I usually stick to headphones that plug i. But after 3rd pair that have been damaged i decided to finally go to bluetooth. The sound is great and battery life lasts through my sessions. The only draw back i find is the bass is lacking but im ok with that

Sound quality and noise cancellation are excellent. They are comfortable and durable. I have a 13 year old, 12 and 4. They have been dropped and stepped on naturally and nothing, still in perfect condition, not even a scratch. Definitely worth the price!
