These were the worst I have used to date. Looks nice I really appreciate the hidden mic. I could hardly hear my friends even after adjusting the settings on the headset and the I game settings. I’m returning it today.

This has to be the worse headaet I've ever own. The sound quality it's that good to start with but it takes a huge hit when you have the mic on. I can not find the right balance between game sounds and chat volume. One is always to loud. Everyone I play with tells me they have trouble hearing me or that they can here the game we are playing. The mic is just a tiny hole on the ear piece. Do yourself a favor and aviod this at all cost. I've had cheap knock off headset for ²0 dollars that put these to shame. Would have returned them but the store near hasn't had any headsets lately.

I wanted to upgrade my Astro 10 but the gold disconnects a lot even if it is for a few second is annoying. Also the mic isn’t the best . My friends say it sounds bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to be honest.

had to return this headset. It never connected well with bluetooth and had to be connected by wire to the controller. Too much to pay for a headset that did not work well.

I'm sorry but Design is poor on this more it got used Performance degraded returned them.

First thing, the sound isn't amazing or anything. It's meh. Coming from a pair of Hyper X, you will be disappointed. After a couple of weeks I wasn't able to hear people in my chat. When I set the sound to Chat Only, then I can hear people. But when I set it to hear all. The chat volume gets really low. For that, this pair of headphones gets a huge TWO THUMBS DOWN. Not worth the price!!!

Headphones are great, however, after about 3 months quit working. Very disappointed that I paid $100 for them.

Ordered these because my son loves Fortnite and he wanted wireless headphones. Unfortunatly they did not work wirelessly, They do work if they are connected with the wire so at least that was okay. The only reason I kept them is because I ordered them during COVID-19 and didn't want to mess with the return process with stores not open at this time.

They didnt last because they broke. Son uses them for gaming. Very hot on the ears.

The sound on this particular headset the sound was all muffle when you talked into it

I had the old gold ps4 headphones and thought after 7 years I’ll upgrade! Just to return them because they are trash, the build: trash The sound even in the 7.1 with app: trash Comfort: tight and super close to the ears just hurt on arrival of touching my ears: trash Connectivity: trash

Didn’t last a full year before the left ear stopped working. Trying to use the warranty with PlayStation is impossible. No way to contact them via phone. No response from “chat bot” and no email. Best Buy won’t warranty them

These I would not recommend I had got these because they were out of stock of my turtle beach ones these headphones are terrible for the price sound, quality Of them everything

In the middle of playing video games, my friends can hear a screech noise. It’s annoying Because I have to turn it off and turn it back on! 30 dollar turtle beaches are way better !

Don’t think you will get the fort nite points. I bought this and found the code was used. I returned it and found the replacement was also used.

Very bad do not buy I hated this headset so cheap the Xbox 760 headset is better then the ps8 headset

Head phone microphone goes out and your friends can't hear you.. you have to keep turning them on and off

They headset came with a defect messing up the output sound and scratchy intake on multiplayer game.

A very complicated headset. Dont waste your money. Find something different.
