Nice radio

Bought to replace son's factory radio in truck

Great sound but huge flaw

I tried a few different recent releases that cause no issues on other players and they both resulted in bursts of digital distortion during loud parts but OK during quiet parts. I also tried a CD from the 80s, before music was mastered for maximum volume, and had no issues. Too bad, because otherwise it has a great set of features and terrific sound.
